Dr. Ron Loftus graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He then served eight years in the United States Air Force Dental Corps, with a tour in southeast Asia and Germany, followed by service in the Air Force Reserves, attaining the rank of Lt. Colonel.
In 1977 Ron began his private practice in Rapid City, SD. In building his practice, Ron has paid special attention to the scientific and technological advancements in dentistry—applying his new knowledge to help our patients in these special areas:
• Orthodontics, including invisalign
• Musculoskeletal Dysfunction (TMJ)
• Anxiety-free dentistry
• Laser Periodontal Therapy
• Implant restorations
• Non-IV Conscious Sedation

Over the years, Ron has dedicated much of his energy to the Rapid City community. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Cheri, their children and grandchildren. When not with his family, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and reading.
